I hold the title of a Yoga Instructor as well as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. I am passionate about both of my careers and am happiest when I am helping others. I strongly believe in staying balanced through the mind-body experience as a whole. I strive to share this connection with not only the individuals who need it the most but any individual to practice in their daily lives. With the help of a commute to work, I have decided to create this blog. I intend to deeper explore life experiences, my inner self, the practice of mindfulness, and the fascinating connection between the practice of yoga and everyday life.
